Founder/Director
I founded YoCo in 2020 after spotting a gap in the market to use my experience and expertise in the coworking and serviced office industry to provide coworking services to landlords, developers, agents and existing coworking providers.Â
I have successfully overseen the launch and end to end management of 20 serviced offices and coworking sites across QLD, NSW and NT over the past 12 years working for some of the biggest players in the industry in various markets.
Our focus in the successful management and business performance across our existing 4 locations whilst growing the YoCo network of coworking centres across Australia.
Sean O’Connor
Head of Leasing
Responsible for unleashing the power of online marketing platforms, Leasing is charged with client acquisition, networking the brand, and forging strong bonds with commercial agents and brokers. As the masters of the office space quest, I uncover the unique needs of potential clients, orchestrate inspections, and executes seamless lease negotiations.

As the Area Director, I am a visionary leader with a proven track record of driving success. With a keen eye for strategy and a passion for excellence, I spearhead initiatives that propel our region to new heights. My blend of innovation and experience ensures our community thrives under my guidance. The aim of my role if to lead us towards a future of unparalleled achievement.
Richard Pepper
Finance Director
I am the Finance Director at YoCo. I bring a wealth of experience and an outstanding track record of helping businesses grow and be successful.
Following very successful stints at Flight Centre and Marks & Spencer in senior financial roles, I spent the last three years working with a number of SMEs, managing their transition from small to medium/large sized enterprises. I bring financial acumen, commercial awareness and strategic insight to YoCo. I have extensive M&A, capital raising and IPO experience, as well as a strong background in strategic planning and business reorganisation.
